Hours - Monday thru Friday - 9:00AM - 6:00PM GENERAL PURPOSE: Under general supervision, assist employees and the Human Resources (HR) team in delivering a full spectrum of HR services, including recruitment, payroll, leave management, onboarding, employee transactions, and possibly safety or other related areas. Serve as a resource for employees and answer general HR questions. Process personnel information and handle highly confidential material. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are a three-shift business, and the job requires working as needed on off shifts for Events, Training, and Employee Engagement. The position requires frequent walks on the floor and time spent in Distribution.
