Job Description Join our NPI team and take ownership of bringing new production technologies to life — from testing and qualification to ramp-up and handover to operations! Core Responsibilities: In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and global sites, especially R&D and maintenance, to test, qualify and implement new technologies and optimize manufacturing processes. More specifically, you will: This position is placed in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role. Play your part in our team succeeding Our NPI (New Product Introduction) team brings together experts in industrial engineering, equipment, processes, projects, factory layout and advanced technologies. The team focuses on introducing and ramping up new production lines and technologies, improving existing platforms and processes, validating new materials, and sharing best practices across our global sites.
