Employment Type: Part time Shift: Description: Trinity Health Chelsea Hospital PRN Speech Language Pathologist- Inpatient Rehab Location: Chelsea, MI Schedule: PRN- Contingent Non-Benefitted, Day Shift Rate: $51.27 Flat Rate Position Summary: The Rehabilitation Services Staff Speech-Language Pathologist provides evaluation and treatment of hospital patients in a range of specialty programs. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Demonstrates competency with individualized assessment of patients using a wide variety of assessment measures and procedures. Formulates individualized, age specific, therapy goals based upon assessment results and patient needs. Implements patient care in a manner consistent with the therapy goals and the changing needs of the patient using a variety of therapeutic approaches. Orients patients and families to the therapeutic purposes and procedures of Speech-Language Pathology, and educates them about home programs, impairments and progress.
