Description As an EMB-145 Instructor Pilot at CAE, you will play a key role in developing confident, highly skilled pilots through world‑class simulator and ground school instruction. You will guide clients through their training journey while ensuring safety, compliance, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include: - Deliver flight simulator and ground school instruction in accordance with regulatory requirements, CAE‑approved curriculum, and customer expectations. - Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and lead clients through all phases of their assigned training. - Provide simulator, flight, and classroom instruction for licenses, type ratings, internal training, certificates, and pilot qualifications. - Conduct comprehensive pre‑ and post‑flight simulator briefings aligned with CAE standards. - Complete required administrative duties such as training records, qualification tracking, and recommending remedial training as needed. - Support the development of curricula and courseware as an SME. - After approximately 1.5+ years (based on business needs), qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman. - Participate...
