Title: Finance Assistant: Location: Dundee office - hybrid, 3 days in office work mode Position Summary: This is an opportunity to join our Global finance team supporting the Controllership function in our Services part of the business. Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with good communication skills . Key Areas of Responsibility: Manage the Accounts Receivable process on a weekly basis which covers invoices and credit memos, payments processing, system set ups, payments, ageing, reporting, liaising with customers etc . Manage aspects of the Accounts Payable process – running of various reports, invoice validation and create accounting, invoice on holds Month end close activities – running of various month end reports, processing journal entries, running mass allocations Balance sheet reconciliation uploads and associated journal entries Also required to assist in other ad-hoc activities...
