Technician- Quality I USA (B Crew/PM Shift)

Education/Experience: - Provide Quality Assurance support to manufacturing departments by performing quality audits of standard work, work in process, finished products, incoming parts, etc. Collect and analyze data for trends, process capability and machine reliability. Work with manufacturing supervisors and engineers to implement corrective actions, employee training and scrap reduction. - 5 years’ or more experience in a manufacturing environment. - 2 years’ experience working with an ISO Quality System; including Internal Audits, use of SPC techniques, and JMP Data Analytics. - Experience including ASQ Certification (CMI, CPT, CQA) desired. - 2-year Technical Degree. - 4-year B.S. degree highly desired. Required Skills/Competencies: - Detail oriented. - Self-motivated. - Refer to "Operation/Production" competencies. - Proven problem-solving skills, including use of basic quality tools (Pareto analysis, SPC, gage R & R, etc.). - Experience with ISO 9001, including Internal Audit Procedures. - Experience using micrometers, gage blocks and microscopes. - Proven computer skills (Wor...
