Primary Duties and Responsibilities : includes but not limited to: - Responsible for maintaining the general condition of the Hotel and associated areas with regard to basic repairs in Carpentry, Plumbing, (i.e. drain clearing) and Painting work - Performs general maintenance to guestrooms, completing maintenance work orders on a timely basis - Participates and schedules work in accordance with preventive maintenance programs, coordinating with Housekeeping, Front Desk and Engineering management Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: - Assists Electrician, Carpenter, Plumber, HVAC and Painters as needed and directed to ensure tasks are complete and rooms can be placed back on the market - Works on projects as directed by Hotel Engineering Supervisor and Manager to rehab guest roo...
