Responsibilities & Qualifications: The Novelis North America (NNA) team is seeking a Strategy Execution Manager to support enterprise-level critical initiatives and long-term value creation. This role reports to the VP, Program Management for North America. While focusing on strategy and sustainability, this is a highly visible, and analytical partner to senior leadership. The Strategy Manager will have direct interaction with top-level executives, including the President of North America, and will be expected to confidently analyze complex data, synthesize insights, and clearly communicate recommendations.
