Full-Time Position Smiths Beach Resort is a luxury beachfront resort located in the heart of the Margaret River wine region. We are currently seeking a professional, guest-focused Guest Experience Agent to join our Front Office team. This is a hands-on hospitality role combining front-office operations and reservations support in a relaxed, luxury resort environment. About the Role: As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests and play an important role in delivering a welcoming and memorable experience throughout their stay. You will assist with daily front-office operations, guest enquiries, accommodation bookings, and general guest services, while maintaining a high standard of customer care and professionalism.
