Position Summary Location: Hastings Racecourse & Casino: Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Security, this position is responsible for the safety and protection of team members, guests, the facility (both internal and external) and the company's assets while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Key Accountabilities: - Monitors, documents and prepares statements and/or reports on violations, unsafe conditions, potential hazards, suspicious persons or activities - Enforces restricted access by unauthorized persons - Observes transactions, pulls, fills, transfers, etc. - Escorts cash/cash equivalents - Tags and reports found property; transfers items to Lost and Found - Conducts regular patrols of the facility interior and exterior as directed - Escorts guests and team members as directed - Performs identification checks as required - Refers disputes to the Supervisor, Security - Performs crowd control as directed - May...
