The HRIT Analyst will work across district and system Human Capital teams to identify gaps and provide localized business solutions to drive better outcomes. The ideal candidate is a tech savvy, change management leader who can understand business needs/gaps and can lead technology implementation across teams. Key Activities: - Design, configure, deploy and maintain systems and operations that leverage automation and integrated tools (to existing HR/HCM technologies such as PowerAutomate) to seek efficiencies to manual HR processes. - Drive business-aligned outcomes through HR technology-related projects, including system enhancements, process improvement initiatives, technology roll-outs and change management efforts to advocate for adoption. - Perform various product owne...
