Finance Fellow Job Summary: The Finance Fellow is part of the business unit finance team. T his role reports to the Business Manager , or another manager as designated by the Company, and works closely with Business Manager(s) of the assigned business unit(s). Along with supporting the client invoicing functions, the Finance Fellow is also expected to produce and review client specific /ad hoc report s . DEPARTMENT : Finance: FLSA: Non- Exempt: Role & Responsibilities: - Support Senior CSS with p ro actively follow ing up and ensuring proper documentation /deliverables are being received from the appropriate parties including sig ned estimates and estimate entries in the finance system. - Prepare monthly invoicing and support Senior CSS with managing production reports . This includes PO/budget vs. e stimate reporting. - Support Senior CSS by a ttend ing regular bill ing meetings with account teams to cover the current state of affairs with all jobs and raise awareness for potential issues in addition to outlining action items needed. - Provide support to business unit finance, account and operations teams.
