SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II that will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by acquiring the right talent to support business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager for assigned business groups Develop and update staffing priorities for each group Conduct weekly customer relationship meetings and update staffing reports Source and staff open positions: Recruit diverse candidates to achieve workforce goals Directly recruit candidates for employment consideration Work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment and selection plans Negotiate and manage external recruiting resources (researchers, agencies, internet service companies, etc.) Collaborate with hiring managers to establish employment offers Develop approaches to identify and source needed talent (direct recruiting, Open House gatherings, Job Fairs, Internet Recruiting) Refer team members to appropriate contact points for headquarters talent management services (benefit services, complaint/issue resolution, drug and alcohol-free program) Build and maintain relationships with team members across the organization at all lev...
