What success looks like in this role: Role Overview Join our team as a Technical Application Engineer and play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical business applications and infrastructure. You will provide enterprise-level technical support, manage application environments, and collaborate closely with development teams to deliver exceptional service. Acting as a trusted operational contact for clients, you will support incident and change management processes while adhering to industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Advanced Support: Deliver technical support for applications, platforms, and data management systems. - Incident Management: Investigate and resolve incidents in line with SLAs; perform root cause analysis and implement action plans. - Collaboration: Work with development teams and stakeholders to deploy fixes and minor changes. - Maintenance: Ensure timely patch management, installation of updates, and maintain accurate documentation. - Process Ownership: Participate in ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.
