Lead Server Full Time 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Must be available on weekends - $23.00/hr. - LOTS of Opportunity in a Stable & Beautiful work environment. - 401k with Employer match for team Members over age 21 after 6 months - Tuition Assistance - Commuter Reimbursement GENERAL SUMMARY: The Lead Server is responsible for table service within the dining room and other areas where dining functions occur. This position must set the standard for all other servers to follow. The Lead Server is responsible for assisting management to ensure the highest standards of customer service are being achieved by the entire wait staff. PRINCIPLE DUTIES: - Ability to effectively provide excellent service to several tables in any section of the Dining Room. - Responsible for training new hires and teaching others how to effectively train when necessary. - Work with management to handle any complaints and find solutions. - Communicate and interact with other kitchen employees including chefs and cooks. - Assist with supervising the wait staff.
