About the role OpenAI is seeking an experienced Program Manager to build and scale the Early Access operating model for ChatGPT for Work. This role sits at the intersection of product launch, enterprise readiness, and customer signal. You will ensure that new ChatGPT for Work capabilities, from collaboration features to advanced admin controls, are tested with the right customers, generate actionable feedback, and launch with clear product-market fit and operational readiness. Through structured early access programs, you will help validate workflows, surface adoption blockers, and produce clear recommendations on launch readiness. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Support, and GTM, and act as the connective layer between customers and internal teams. Your work will directly shape how new ChatGPT for Work features are validated, positioned, and successfully adopted by businesses. This position is based in our San Francisco headquarters.
