Role: Community Speed Watch Co-Ordinator Department: Operational Support Unit: Location: Maltby: Salary: £25,242 - £27,204 (pro rata) Hours: 18.5: Contract Type: Permanent: In this role you will provide a supervisory role for the CSW (Community Speed Watch) Scheme within the Safety Camera and Ticket Processing Unit Key responsibilities: - Oversee the initialisation of new CSW groups. - Manage the continued development and upkeep of current CSW groups. - Maintain the CSW scheme through Community Speed Watch Online with a focus on: - The creation of new sites - Training and development - Registering of devices - Circulation of information and statistics - Input, retrieve and manage data from specialist systems. - Promote the Force Code of Ethics. - Health and Safety in the allocated areas including Risk Assessments. - Project work commensurate with the grade. - Respond to public complaints. - Provide specialist advice and knowledge. - Participate in meetings and public events. - Liaise with outside agencies and partners to promote a positive working relationship. - Provide ancillary support for the Camera Enforcement Team where required.
