About the Role: EnTech is looking for a Full-Time “Construction Manager” for a NYCDPR project in Staten Island. They shall have experience in construction activities, including earthwork, roadways, stormwater drainage structures, soil testing, utility, and dewatering. A PE license in NY is required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Pre-Construction contract review - Daily inspection and supervision - Review, record, and track all submittals - Monitoring Contract Cost and Schedule - Documentation of Contractor Performance - QA/QC reviews and compliance - Prepare all necessary reports, including daily, weekly, and project progress reports - Work with the client and Construction Contrac...
