The Opportunity: As Resource Manager for Employee Experience Europe, you will be responsible for the day-to-day allocation of consulting resources across the region, ensuring that client needs and business priorities are supported with the right skills at the right time. This is a senior individual contributor role, working closely with consultants, managers, and senior leaders to manage demand across both active projects and the pipeline, while maintaining strong utilisation, margins, and delivery quality.
