Job Description Summary Pharmacist position responsible for completion of ambulatory infusion prior authorizations and entry of medication therapy plans into Epic. Work with a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to evaluate medication requests, ensuring adherence to guidelines, facilitate and complete the prior authorization process in a timely manner, entry of medication therapy plans into Epic, and communicate to medical teams when needed.
