Harbison Overview Harbison is a charitable, community-owned, not-for-profit organisation that provides a range of care and support services, including aged care, disability support, and retirement living. Harbison is also the parent organisation of Harbison Early Learning, which offers high-quality childcare services, including Out of School Hours Care ( OOSHC ), as part of its intergenerational programs. While Harbison employs the Early Childhood Educator directly, the role involves a secondment arrangement with Harbison Early Learning to deliver childcare services. This unique structure allows Harbison to support the operations of its subsidiary while fostering meaningful connections between children and aged care residents through intergenerational programs. Primary Purpose of the Role: As an Early Childhood Educator, you will contribute to creating a stimulating, caring, and happy environment for children, supporting positive outcomes under the National Quality Framework, Regulations, and National Law.
