Summary Guidewire is looking for a Dublin based Senior People Business Partner to join our People (aka HR) team on a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover). This role will partner directly with our executive team as a trusted advisor, business consultant, coach, and change agent. This position will also drive and influence cross-functional initiatives across the People function that serve the ongoing development of our talent and culture at Guidewire.
