About the Role: As the Maintenance Manager, you'll take ownership of all maintenance activity across our Oakleigh South site — from production equipment to buildings and grounds. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends day-to-day troubleshooting with strategic planning, contractor management and a strong focus on safety and compliance. Key responsibilities: - Lead and prioritise maintenance activities for one direct report and external contractors, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. - Manage a diverse contractor base covering electrical, plumbing, HVAC, materials handling equipment, waste removal, landscaping, cleaning, capital works and more - Own the preventative maintenance schedule, coordinating across Production, Warehouse and Quality to minimise downtime...
