This role focuses on creating engaging experiences that foster tenant connection, enhance well-being, and build a strong sense of community. The Presence Program Manager will design and deliver memorable activations for tenants, clients, and visitors, serving as a hospitality ambassador within each building. They will actively engage with tenants to ensure a welcoming and positive experience while also overseeing program budgets, developing newsletters, and leading marketing and social media efforts. Additionally, the role involves evaluating program performance and refining strategies to maximize impact.
