Job Description: About the role: The Learning & Development Lead (Director level) is responsible for creating and executing the global strategy to build both current and future capabilities across the Function. This includes designing an integrated learning roadmap that strengthens functional excellence, supports career development, embeds DE&I principles, and improves manager and team effectiveness. The role partners closely with GLEC Leadership, HR, Talent Development, and DE&I teams to ensure the Function is inclusive, high‑performing, and offers clear pathways for growth and advancement.
