Senior Plant Engineer

​ ​ The Plant Engineer for the Goodland Crush Plant is responsible for improv ing and optimiz ing our processes and manag ing capital projects. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues by utilizing engineering and project management skills to support operational improvements and ongoing construction projects. This position is responsible for identifying and helping to implement process improvements for production in all facets of operation through direct contributions of project development from conception though start-up utilizing engineering and performance excellence principles to operate , troubleshoot, and improve chemical and mechanical processes. It is also responsible for assisting in managing day to day operations, tracking, and understanding department costs, yields, quality, and process performance. ​ Job Responsibilities: - Identify process improvement opportunities, develop solutions, and lead the implementation of solutions .
