Department: Status: Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 20 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 40 hours per pay period. 7:00a-3:30p; 5 8-hour shifts in a two-week pay period (2 shifts one week, 3 shifts the following week). Weekends: Every other weekend, rotating Saturday/Sunday. Holidays: Rotating Holiday Groups: Pay Range: $41.10 - $61.65 Where You Will Work: Identify eligible patients from ED or inpatient units based on inclusion/exclusion criteria. Coordinate referrals and documentation with Utilization Management and HAH team. We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Similar experience with additional skills in case management or social work, preferred GA RN License: Strong communication and technology skills for virtual care delivery What You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with esta...
