Center Support Coordinator – Full Time Jefferson Park - On-site: Location: 5960 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL Schedule: Full Time: At The Place for Children with Autism, we’re more than a therapy center—we’re a team committed to helping children with autism thrive. As a Center Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key dual role combining administrative coordination with hands-on clinical support to help ensure the success of our After School Program. This position oversees day-to-day program operations including scheduling, billing coordination, payroll support, and family/staff communication, while also providing direct on-site support to clinical teams. You’ll act as an extension of the supervising clinician, supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through onboarding, training, and in-the-moment coaching to ensure high-quality, consistent care. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, child-centered environment, enjoys both operational structure and clinical engagement, and is energized by supporting both people and processes.
