We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our busy Collision Center in Irving, TX. This role is essential in supporting our technicians and ensuring smooth, efficient repair operations. What You’ll Do: - Assist technicians by sourcing and ordering OEM and aftermarket parts - Communicate with vendors, dealerships, and internal teams - Ensure all parts are correctly billed to repair orders - Support a fast-paced collision repair workflow - Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, ensuring the customer is expose to the full product line - Notify Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention - Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency or...
