Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months. Full Time, Days: The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing care to all patients. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, Infection Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided. 1. Reports for scheduled shift on time and prepared to assume responsibilities. 2. Attends and participates in meetings and is responsible for information communicated at meetings. 3. Adheres to Corporate, Regional, hospital and departmental policy and procedure 100% of the time. 4. Follows Infection Control procedures at all times. - Reports to work in proper uniform or attire. - Leaves for meal break on time and returns on time. - Varies work schedule to meet the needs of the department. - Ensures all overtime has been approved by the department head prior to working. - Schedules all time off with supervisor’s approval. - Strictly adheres to hospital attendance/tardiness policies 100% of the time. - Wears I.D....
