Warehouse Keeper (Materials)

Job description

Job Description: -Materials Staging, capturing and transferring in required system(s) -Identify materials required for staging to production. -Stage and transfer materials identified (color, liner, additives, valves) physically and in ERP system on a daily basis. -Maintain Excel tracker for staged work orders via production line. -Manage returns of materials from production (color, liner, additives, valves) physically and in ERP system on a daily basis. -Responsible to reconcile issues on a weekly basis for raw materials between JDE, production floor and staging locations, PROD, WIP and P-WIP. (color, liner, additives, valves) -Work with QA and Production as needed in relation to HFI items for rework. Receiving: -Retrieves deliveries for materials (color, liner, additives, valves) once released from hold, and put in the proper location, as well as transfer to physical storage location identified in the ERP system. Cycle Counts: -Weekly cycle counts for Raw Materials area.
