Overview Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Setting: Inpatient Acute Care: Location: HealthWorks Rehab & Fitness at MonHealth (MHMC) in Morgantown, WV HealthWorks Rehab & Fitness in Morgantown, WV, has been Mon Health's inpatient rehabilitation provider for more than 25 years. This 189-bed inpatient hospital is seeking local PRN or per diem certified occupational therapy assistants (COTA) for as-needed daytime coverage. Our hospital is open daily, except for Christmas. We have a large, multidisciplinary clinical team in need of coverage for vacations, sick days, census influxes, or emergencies. There is no set schedule for PRN/per diem. We are looking to build a local per diem pool of inpatient experienced occupational therapy assistants. At least one year of acute care experience is preferred. Position Summary: Under the direction of the OT and/or Director, assists with initial patient evaluations and implements and executes treatment plans in accordance with the patient’s needs and the physician's direction.
