The role Läkare Utan Gränser/MSF Sweden is looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor to support staff in all of our four Nordic offices. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing the quality of operations at MSF by fostering a more autonomous, high-performing, and motivated workforce. You will play a key role in helping to create a shared understanding of how L&D can support MSF's social mission. Your role belongs to the Swedish HR department. You will ensure that MSF Nordics’ learning activities are high quality, innovative, and continuously improved in line with best practices in adult learning. You will also provide technical expertise in learning and development, offering guidance and support to stakeholders across MSF Nordics.
