WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: You will be leading our HR team and our people agenda in Poland with a site in Dzierżoniów with around 300 employees. It includes the responsibility and partnership with the plant leadership as well as with international leaders and their teams based in Dzierżoniow. Launch global HR initiatives at local level considering change management. Lead the delivery of HR day-to-day work, checking and keeping processes up to date. Partner with the local leadership team to design and implement the HR and business strategy Facilitate the goal deployment process and ensure consistent progress through strategic planning sessions with the leadership team. Guarantee full compliance with local legislation and company policies. Utilize available labor flexibility tools to optimize labor costs and business productivity. Lead compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and bonus cycles in accordance with corporate standards. C...
