The Senior Services Manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery for our UK based global customer, and the performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract, including day-to-day business execution and performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Serving as the primary point of contact for our major UK customer, this role is directly responsible for the customer’s overall experience and contributes to the UK Army’s AH-64E operational readiness outcomes.
