Job description

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Production Manager to join our growing team. Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Plant Manager (PM), the Production Manager directs manufacturing operations through a team of functional Group Managers that oversee and implement all production operations and shop activities at the various JELD-WEN plants and facilities in accordance with corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). This position performs/acts in the capacity of a Group Manager during an absence and/or void, and may act as the liaison to the Plant Manager on behalf of their respective operational Group activities and responsibilities.
