Charlotte Survey Manager (PLS) Department: Survey/Geomatics: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Charlotte, NC: Description: DRMP's Charlotte, NC office is seeking a Professional Survey & Mapper Department Manager to lead Transportation, Land Development, and Construction projects, leveraging expertise in project and production management, team leadership, and client coordination. This role is eligible for a sign-on bonus! Administrative/Management: Technical: Responsibilities: - Provide mentorship and guidance to office and field personnel in the completion of their assignments. - Participate in Business Development and Marketing pursuits both in-house and for outside clients. - Manage various public and/or private sector clients/projects. - Perform yearly evaluations of Project Managers and Field Coordinator. - Participate in and provide input for yearly evaluations of party chiefs and technicians. - Participate in the weekly department production meeting - Prepare or assist in preparing scopes, fees, manhours, and proposals for public and private sector clients. - Approve all proposals before submittal to the client. - Assist with business planning and budgeting - Review and s...
