THE POSITION: As a Regional Project Manager, the candidate is a passionate advocate to align franchise strategy and activities between office based and customer facing groups. Ensure the awareness of customer needs to office based cross-functional team (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Access, Sales), then translating into new projects and leveraging it for partnership development. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Understand the different regional environment for providing tailored business solutions, ensuring customer centric approach and strategy’s consistency at national level. - Coordinate cross functional roles (Sales Reps/DMs/Ram/MSL) and foster innovative approach in franchise tactical implementation. - Responsible for evaluating, designing and coordinating potential local activities (regional business plan), monitoring and support the execution. - Lead the whole process of collection and analysis of local customer/competitor insights to advise the office based cross-functional team and inspire customer added value projects. - Cooperate with brand managers and medical department in developing and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders for products under his/her respo...
