Job Description Summary The FLIGHT DECK Leader – Engineering will partner with the leadership team of the Technology & Engineering organization to advance the implementation of FLIGHT DECK – GE Aerospace’s proprietary lean operating model – across engineering and design value streams. This role is pivotal in driving a shift in operating mindset and ensuring lean principles are effectively applied to Future of Flight Product Safety, Product Quality, Integrated Design & Build, Systems Engineering, Product Configuration, and Research & Technology. The leader will enable both strategic and operational plans by embedding lean thinking into how we design, validate, and release products and technologies for our customers. This position will require up to 50% travel based on business needs.
