Descripción de la empresa Descripción del empleo: At Rituals, we’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a Brand Activation Marketeer to bring our brand to life across Portugal and Spain. This is an Iberia-wide role with a strong operational focus on Portugal ensuring activations are locally relevant, flawlessly implemented in-store and delivering commercial results. This is a maternity cover for approximately 7 months. Location: Barcelona (preferred) or Lisbon (to consider). As Brand Activation Marketeer, you will: - Plan and execute the Iberica retail activation calendar (campaigns, sampling and in-store experiences), including key seasonal moments and product/collection launches. - Support marketing activations for store openings, relocations and anniversaries, as well as special events, ensuring smooth in-store implementation. - Track and analyse performance, share market insights and monitor competitor/retail trends to optimise activations and identify new opportunities. - Translate, adapt and localise in-store/POS materials and activation communications, supporting stores via ticketing and cascading commercial cycle briefings (especially to Portugal). - Build and manage partn...
