To exceed customer’s expectations efficiently, consistently, and constantly. Must be friendly and respectful, dealing promptly with all complaints, and always honoring commitments. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Manage multiple phone calls and emails daily from members while providing excellent customer service. Make sure all retail members’ needs are met or exceeded, making sure customers are completely satisfied with the result. Assist buyers in effective communication with retail members resolving all retail opportunities. Adjusts store orders and SSO reports based on store and buyer requests as needed to ensure retail member needs are met.
