Our FYidoctors New Minas and FYiDoctors Wolfville clinics are looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Medical Associate to fill an existing vacancy! In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is a fixed-term role until 29th May 2027, working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinics are open Monday to Friday. What You’ll Do: - Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email - Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care - Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments - Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear - Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience - Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required What You Bring: - Previous retail experience is considered an asset - Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with technology...
