The Role As a People Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our Territory Managers and a key driver of the People agenda across your Territory cohorts. You’ll build strong, credible partnerships across the business, ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery of all people initiatives. Working closely with operational leaders, you’ll support organisational effectiveness, drive cultural change, enable business transformation, and help create a high‑performing, engaged workforce. This is a hands‑on, influential role requiring strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent operational execution.
