Organization: PAMF-Palo Alto Medical Foundation CAD Position Overview: Performs a variety of andrology and embryology services and procedures including endocrine assays, cryopreservation, assessment and preparation of semen for intrauterine insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF), oocyte retrieval, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), assisted hatching, embryo transfer, and embryo and oocyte vitrification, and trophectoderm biopsy. Ensures chain of custody and adherence to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to safeguard patient privacy and maintain the highest level of quality control (QC) and assurance (QA). With exceptional attention to detail, supports extensive IVF-related paperwork and electronic medical records (EMR) data entry including laboratory checks and equipment maintenance.
