Responsibilities: - Responsible for the safety, operational performance and achievement of budgets/ key performance objectives and profitability of assigned Regional Operations as well as providing assistance in other areas within the branches and overseas as required from time to time. - Responsible for the supervision, professional and ethical performance and conduct of both permanent and supplementary employees within your assigned area of responsibility. - Responsible to ensure that reasonable work times are maintained by all employees. - Responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and for ensuring that all company and legislative occupational health safety, welfare and environment requirements are met. - Responsible to act on complaints from clients or our own personnel as necessary and to pass on any serious matters to senior management. - Responsible for ensuring the branches operate as a professional team. - Responsible to promote and market Company products and services. - Responsible to allocate appropriate time and resources for training to ensure ongoing skills development via external/internal courses arranged and to regularly work in a “hands on” capacity with...
