Job description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to join our team at Huawei Finland R&D. In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of recruitment and HR, working closely with business teams and key stakeholders to support hiring and contribute to smooth HR operations. Responsibilities: Manage operational recruitment activities at the R&D Center such as publishing job advertisements, screening applications and coordinating interviews. Proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines to support hiring managers in identifying suitable candidates. Act as the main point of contact for applicants, including the whole candidate communication cycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Provide guidance to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment processes and effective hiring practices. Support and represent the company at internal and external events and fairs. Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarking and legal hiring requirements in Europe, especially in Finland. Assist and participate in HR operations when needed.
