Job description

Basic Purpose Functions as a single point of contact for the company on large multi-discipline complex projects. Coordinates the successful development of project scope, cost, and schedule for Core Capital projects at operating generating facilities or corporate office. Provides strategic direction and leadership to ensure projects are completed on-time and within the established cost constraints. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for administration, integration, and full performance of Generating Plant projects. Develops project scope, coordinates project cost estimates and reviews project costs for variance from budget. Develops project schedules. Establishes and leads cross-functional project teams to ensure quality project deliverables on schedule and budget. Negotiates critical issues with internal and external customers to ensure project success. Coordinates project activities of government regulatory, local, federal and/or other involved external agencies, and internal stakeholders.
