Job Overview: The Accounts Payable Account Representative is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate matching of invoices for inventory goods received by our warehouse. S/he reconciles unmatched invoices, unmatched receipts, post credit and debit memos and reconciles vendor statements to ensure their respective accounts remain current. The AP Account Representative is also responsible for addressing and resolving vendor inquiries and disputes timely, accurately and professionally, and when necessary, escalating them accordingly.
