Job description

Description The Caregiver will provide compassionate in-home care services to clients, assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, while ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Caregivers help maintain a clean and safe environment and provide emotional support to clients. Supervisory Responsibilities: Reports to: Supervisor/Home Care Manager. Duties/Responsibilities: - Follows the client's individualized care plan and provides safe, competent, and compassionate care. - Assists clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting needs. - Assist with preparing and/or setting up nutritious meals if necessary. - Provides assistance with ambulation and mobility, including the use of assistive devices. - Encourages clients to maintain independence and participate in activities of interest. - Provides emotional support and companionship, fostering trust and a positive relationship. - Observes and reports changes in the client’s physical or mental condition to the supervisor promptly. - Performs light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment. - Assists clients with errands, appointm...
