Job Description 1.0 Responsibilities, including but not limited to: 1.1 Responding to any emergency or potential emergency. 1.2 Security diligence, including maintaining control of personal key cards, preventing unauthorized entry to the facility by non-Berry employees, and proper maintenance / security of Berry information and equipment within your direct responsibility. 1.3 Constant vigilance and participation in Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Production practices. 1.4 Prevent nonconforming product from being shipped to customers. 1.5 Identify and record problems relating to product, processes or quality system. 2.0 Authority, including but not limited to: 2.1 Initiate action to prevent occurrences of any non-conformity of product or quality systems. 2.2 Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels. 2.3 Suggest actions for continual improvement to products, processes, or systems and verify the implementation of solutions. 3.0 Primary Duties, including but not limited to: 3.1 Observe all Safety precautions, Food Safety requirements and plant rules to prevent injury to self or others and to prevent loss of material or damage to equipment. 3.2 Follow and we...
